Comrades ‘Carnival in Camperdown’ Spectators’ Spot #NedbankGreenMile

This year’s Comrades Marathon up-run is on 31 May 2015. You are invited to dress up ‘Carnival-Style’ to cheer on the approximately 20000 Comrades Marathon runners at the award-winning #NedbankGreenMile – the only official spectator point along the race route.

In 2015, this carnival-themed 1600m #NedbankGreenMile, which has easy access off the N3 Camperdown off ramp, will transform the Camperdown route into an explosion of colour, music, festivities and creativity. In this impressive family-friendly zone, there’ll be grandstands for spectators, a big screen TV broadcasting live race coverage, race commentary throughout the day, live music, a kids zone, food and beverages, plus many more fun surprises. Dress to the Nines!

The #NedbankGreenMile will be open from 08h00 – 14h30 on race day and entry is free. An easy access car park next to the N3 / race route with parking directional signage will be provided.
