ANN7 launched BizSense hosted by Stevie B

BizSense, ANN7’s newest venture, was launched on the (30 November 2015) at 8 PM on DStv channel 405. It will air Monday to Friday in the same time slot.

The business news show will be hosted by Steven Bacher aka Stevie B, who comes with 15 years of tough-minded experience as a JSE stockbroker. He was a director of a JSE listed company, and later Business Editor of Talk Radio 702.

“A show of this caliber combined with Stevie B’s expertise will undoubtedly set the bar high for ANN7. We envision that the show will pull more viewers to our channel and drive development,” said Moegsien Williams, Editor-in-Chief of ANN7.

Stevie B is currently Business Editor of the radio station Kaya FM, a position he has held for eight years. He presents the show Kaya Bizz every weekday on Kaya FM, and now joins ANN7 TV for BizSense.

Stevie B has vast experience as a programme director for conferences and special events. He is a raconteur who brings great wit and business knowledge to his public speaking events. He mesmerizes his audience with stories gained through years of being a stockbroker and business radio presenter.

“BizSense is not a show about the business of money, it is about the business of life. It is not about the rich getting richer, it is about equipping people with tools to fight poverty. It is not about anyone else, it is about you,” says Stevie.

The aim of the show will be to educate non-professionals on matters of the markets, investing, starting a business and entrepreneurship; simplified using expert guests and real life stories.
