Fatal truck crash on the R114 by Heronbridge, north of Johannesburg
EMER-G-MED’s M03 is on the scene of a fatal truck crash on the R114 by Heronbridge, north of Johannesburg.
It’s believed that the driver lost control of the truck, landing up in the river.
Unfortunately on arrival the patient was assessed and found to show no signs of life. Paramedics declared him dead on the scene.
The City of Johannesburg fire department were called to the scene to free the entrapped body from the vehicle using the “jaws of life” and other rescue equipment.
Local authorities were on scene to investigate.
