The Matrix Golden Ticket Winner Announced
This November, the hunt was on for the Matrix Golden Ticket. Matrix, an associate sponsor of the bizhub Highveld Lions, called on all cricket fans to purchase their tickets to the T20 double-header. Supporters stood the chance to win an exhilarating VIP experience at Bidvest Wanderers Stadium on Saturday, 12th of November 2016.
Three finalists were randomly shortlisted from the tickets sold and invited to attend the grand prize draw which took place this morning on the 9th of November 2016 at the Bidvest Wanderers Stadium. The finalists, Moaaz Areff, Monique Vrey and Ben Botha, opened their randomly selected envelopes while representatives of MiX Telematics, the Gauteng Cricket Board and media partners witnessed the process.
We would like to congratulate the lucky winner, Ben Botha, who found the one and only Matrix Golden Ticket in his envelope. Ben and 5 friends will be chauffeured in a limousine to Rand Airport, where they will be transported to Bidvest Wanderers Stadium on a luxury twin motor, 7-seater helicopter. Upon arrival, they will be escorted to the Matrix Gold Zone, situated right next to the player tunnel, where they can kick back and relax on the luxurious La-Z-Boy recliners. In true South African style, the VIP guests will also enjoy a freshly grilled lunch served right off the braai, just in time for the second match between the Knights and the Cobras, before being escorted home in a limousine.
