Robbers Shoot At Somalian Businessman in Waterloo, Verulam

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were dispatched to a business on Prickle Pear Road in Waterloo – Verulam after receiving several calls from residents in the area reporting shots been fired at a local business.

Upon arrival it was established that three suspects had held up a Somalian businessman at his convenience store and demanded cash. When the victim resisted on suspect drew a revolver and fired a single shot at the victim. The suspects the fled in a white Toyota Venture. The victim was not injured.

Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspects however no arrests were made.
