A Business Robbery in Verulam, KZN

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa are searching for four (4) armed suspects who have robbed a store on Moss Street – Verulam this morning (Tuesday).

At approx 07:42 the suspects entered Premier Superette and pointed firearms at the manager & a Pakistani businessman who deals with mobile phones from a cubicle inside the store.

They then bound the hands of both men and held them at the rear of the store. A customer that walked in was held inside the store during the robbery. The suspects then stole several boxes of cigarettes which included Peter Stuyvesant, Pall Mall & Chesterfield brands. Several thousands of Rands & five mobile phones were also taken.

The suspect then locked the store and fled on foot.
