Vehicle stolen in Brakpan recovered in Vosloorus

While conducting patrol duties in Vosloorus, the Gauteng Traffic Wardens working with the EMPD and SAPS members responded to a case of stolen white Toyota Fortuner in Brakpan.

The officials monitored the vehicle which was moving along Nombela Street from Spruit and upon attempting to stop the vehicle, the driver did not comply.

There was a shootout beetween the suspects and the officers, and a chase ensued until the vehicle was abandoned at Dlomo Street, Zulu Section in Vosloorus. The suspects fled the scene and the motor vehicle was recovered.
