Where can I download the AARTO – R208 Form?

When I first saw your query I was somewhat baffled as to who exactly an “AARTO R208 form” could be but then I came to think how it is that so many people pronounce AARTO as AARTOO.

The acronym means the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences, not Oofences, therefore those who pronounce it as “aartoo” are incorrect in doing so.

The form you are looking for is an AARTO 08 (representation) form and you can download it at our AARTO website at www.aarto.co.za/forms.asp. Please just make sure that you  download the correct form for the issuing authority concerned as there is one for the JMPD and another for all other traffic authorities.
