Two arrested after housebreaking in Durban North

Two men have been arrested for housebreaking in Durban North on Saturday afternoon.

Marshall Security’s Emergency Contact Centre received a call from a member of the public, stating that they could see two men on a property in Makeurten Drive in Durban North.

Armed reaction officers were immediately dispatched and on arrival two suspects were found on the property.  The men had forced entry into the house by breaking open a kitchen door.  The house which is unoccupied, had no furniture or property  in it at the time.

Both men were arrested on site and handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
