Home gym sets the trend at 25th Decorex Joburg
It’s all about getting fit and healthy in time for spring and the 25th edition of Decorex Joburg, presented by Plascon, has just the solution for visitors – the Home Trend Gym feature, in collaboration with fit-fluencer, Lisa Raleigh, and FIBO SA. Raleigh, a wellness expert and busy working mom, has designed a state-of-the-art, fully functional home gym which allows homeowners to stay in shape from the comfort of home.
As Raleigh explains: “I know that gym sessions are often one of the first things to go when life gets busy. Because, let’s face it, sitting in traffic to get to the gym, only to be met with more queues for the treadmill, is a massive time-waster! This is where the home gym is such a fantastic solution.” Curated in a home space with furniture supplied by Mobelli, the Home Trend Gym installation showcases a rose gold jogger treadmill, nubells, the Lisa Raleigh Rebounder, an exercise ball, matt and resistance bands.
