Tenth recognition for top Insure Adviser at PSG

PSG Konsult has announced that Riana Wiese of PSG Insure Meesterplan in Lynwood Park, Pretoria, is the firm’s Insure Adviser of the Year for 2018/2019. This is the tenth time Riana has won this accolade since joining the PSG network in 2003.

Riana has been working in the insurance industry since 1982 and first won this award in 2004. The industry was quite different then, she says, and today shows signs that in a decade to come, specialised insurance will have a place alongside technology-enabled service, to provide the cover clients need.

“It’s a privilege to receive this recognition, but moreover, to be empowered to help clients make the best decisions for their financial wellbeing. We always aim to anticipate client needs where we can, focusing on consistent cover along the way.”

Over the years to date, through continuous professional development, product specific training for all staff in the PSG Meesterplan team, hard work and perseverance, Riana and the broader team are a strong unit at the office. “Teamwork is imperative,” she adds, citing that TEAM really stands for “Together Everyone Achieves More” and her success is proof of this, as it wouldn’t be possible without PSG and her clients.

The PSG annual awards are integral to encouraging a culture of client-centricity and excellence throughout the business, which is 21 years old this year. “With the largest network of independent advisers in South Africa and Namibia, winning this award is a significant achievement,” said Dan Hugo, CE of Distribution at PSG. “To win this award ten times speaks to Riana’s ability to maintain long-term relationships with her clients,” he concluded.
