Hijacking in Hazelmere

The public is requested to be on the lookout for a 4 ton Hino truck with registration NK 8449.

The truck was hijacked on Hazelmere Road in Hazelmere last night (Monday) by four suspects. Two suspects were confirmed to be armed with firearms. The truck was loaded with cabbages. The gunmen abandoned the trailer a few hundred meters from where the incident had occurred. The body of the truck was fitted with blue canvas sails. The suspects were dropped off by a white VW Golf.
