Missing child sought by Port Shepstone SAPS

DURBAN- Police at Port Shepstone are appealing to members of the community for assistance with regards to a missing person. Qobhile Cele (5) who resides at Noqhongo in Mehlomnyama, was last seen by her grandmother on 29 August 2019, playing outside her home. She was wearing a red jacket; blue plastic shoes and grey track pants.
