Two suspects arrested for possession of suspected stolen bank cards.
On Friday, 17 April 2020 at 12:00, two men were arrested in Batlharos for being in possession of suspected stolen bank cards.
It was reported that an unknown man came to the Batlharos Detective office and reported that there were suspicious men at one of the Supermarkets who intended to rob people of their money and bank cards.
It is alleged that they offer to help people to withdraw money and swipe the cards.
The Batlharos detectives members quickly attended to the information and during their investigation, two men were found at the supermarket as per information and searched.
They were found in possession of bank cards not belonging to them.
The two were arrested for being in possession of suspected stolen bank cards and will soon appear in the local magistrate court.
Major General Johan Bean, the cluster Commander of John Taolo Gaetsewe, commended the Batlharos detectives for their dedication and commitment in ensuring that the perpetrators are arrested.
