Hijacking in Lotusville

The public is requested to be on the lookout for a white BMW X1 with registration NUR 59794.

The vehicle was hijacked a short while ago from Sun Crescent in Lotusville. According to the victim, his vehicle was parked on the driveway when a white Toyota Corolla Quest stopped behind him.

At least six suspects approached him and robbed him of his belongings including his cellphone. At least two suspects were armed with firearms. One suspect was dressed in blue municipality overalls. A 73-year-old woman who was in the residence witnessed the hijacking in progress and began screaming for assistance. The suspects ran up to her and robbed her of her Thali chain. The suspects then sped off in the victim’s vehicle.
