Alertness by police in Ekurhuleni results in the apprehension of two suspects found in possession of metro police uniform pieces and housebreaking implements

On Sunday afternoon, 16 January 2022 members of SAPS Edenvale arrested two suspects found in possession of metro police uniform and housebreaking implements.

The duo’s arrest emanated after members of SAPS Edenvale were out on a routine Crime Prevention patrol. The SAPS members detected a suspicious-looking vehicle and conducted a search.

The search led the police to recover metro police uniform pieces and housebreaking implements. The duo is expected to appear in court soon.
