Stolen cattle retrieved in the area of Tshikitsha

Members were busy with crime prevention patrols in the area of Tshikitsha, when they received information of people who were moving cattle on Tuesday, 02 September 2025.

The SAPS Members joined forces with the members of the local security company, that were also on duty doing patrols. All the members moved to the identified area and chased the suspects, however they managed to flee. The team managed to recover 10 cattle that were about to be stolen.

At this stage the cattle are being held at Ngqayi police station and if anyone can identify the cattle can visit the Police Station.

The case is still under investigation.
