House Fire: Waterloo – KZN
No injuries were reported after a wood and iron home caught alight today (Monday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched to an unnamed road in Waterloo – KZN at approximately 10:14 following reports of a structural fire. Reaction Officers arrived on scene alongside Firefighters from eThekwini Fire & Rescue Services.
Upon arrival, a wood and iron dwelling was found engulfed in flames. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire; however, the contents of the home were destroyed.
The circumstances leading up to the fire have not yet been established.
