Totalsports to host a pop-up store at the Sports Expo @ Rand Show 2018

Totalsports are hosting a pop-up store at the Sports Expo @ Rand Show 2018 that allows visitors to find the best fit for their feet. From dedicated marathon runners to those considering starting a walking programme to improve their fitness, there is one thing they all have in common – they all need performance wear that suit their purpose and their lifestyle.

Visitors to the Totalsports pop-up store can test drive a variety of running shoes on the specially constructed running track to find their perfect fit. The track offers three surfaces; a hard surface, artificial grass and indoor surface; to ensure that visitors find the best shoe to support their fitness programme.

“Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and we want our customers to feel inspired to run, train and play. Events such as the Rand Show provide Totalsports with the opportunity to celebrate and inspire change through sport,” says Charmaine Claasens, Head of Marketing for Totalsports.

As an added incentive to ensure you find your perfect pair of running shoes Totalsports are offering a R50.00 discount on a R500.00 purchase to the first 5 000 Rand Show visitors who purchase their entry tickets from Computicket during March.

“Totalsports is excited to be part of the Rand Show. As a sporting brand authority we believe sport has the power to change lives and are excited to be part of an event like this that encourages wellness and fitness,” added Claasens. “Wellness is a trend that continues to grow whether you are a weekend runner, preparing for a marathon or playing in a five-a-side soccer game, we have something for everyone at all fitness levels” added Claasens.

“We are delighted to welcome Totalsports on board to the 2018 Rand Show,” said Craig Newman, CEO of the Johannesburg Expo Centre. “We believe that power of exhibitions lies in bringing brands to life, and the Totalsports pop-up store and running track are the perfect example of the type of experience that our visitors are keen to sample.”
