Multiple IRONMAN Champion Visits Isuzu

Raynard Tissink, front, multiple IRONMAN champion today (Friday) addressed Isuzu Motors South Africa employees who will be participating in the Standard Bank Ironman and Isuzu Corporate Challenge over the weekend in Port Elizabeth.

Tissink reinforced the message that everyone ‘can’ if he or she puts his mind to it. Talking to employees about physical training, Tissink said, “It does not matter how far you run, swim or cycle, it is the frequency and consistency of your training that matters. The moment your body gets used to physical training it will go further faster.”
