What are you waiting for?

The Insurance Apprentice is set to take heed once again as entries for its 2020 edition are almost closing. We remind those who have not applied yet to hurry and get those applications in as entries close on 31 August. That leaves potential candidates with just over a week left.

Once entries close

Once applications close on 31 August, and the top candidates are identified, regional elimination rounds, sponsored by Constantia Insurance, will take place during October. If you have been chosen to go through to the second round, you will be notified mid-September. For those candidates that make it through to the second round, elimination dates are as follows:
• Durban 1 October;
• Cape Town 2 October; and
• Johannesburg 3 October
“We have sponsored the elimination rounds because we firmly believe in the vision and purpose of The Insurance Apprentice – providing a platform for talented individuals to upskill and profile themselves, and hopefully, realise their career aspirations within the insurance industry. Our purpose is ‘insurance made personal’ and we believe there is a great synergy between our brand and an initiative such as The Insurance Apprentice, which creates a platform for individuals to showcase their abilities in pursuit of realising their own personal goals and aspirations,” said Alex Taljaard, General Manager of Group Marketing at Constantia Insurance.
After the elimination rounds in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban eight apprentices for series six of The Insurance Apprentice will be revealed at the end of October. Filming will take place in early January 2020. The series will be aired early 2020 via the FAnews and The Insurance Apprentice websites, YouTube and Facebook.
