Did you know? Today, the South African Police Service in partnership with mobile operator, Vodacom launched the #MySAPS mobile application
During the launch of the #SaferFestiveSeason Operations in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal today, the SAPS, together with Vodacom have launched a SAPS App called MySAPS mobile application.
A first of its kind on the continent, the MySaps mobile App is designed to provide South Africans with a new and easy way to access policing services and information.
The new app will allow citizens to interact with law enforcement officials more effectively by:
• Providing tip-offs anonymously through the app (Remember, WHO DID WHAT TO WHOM, WHEN, WHERE, WHY AND HOW?) The detectives are keen to follow up your information. Please give as many details as possible.
• Finding nearest police stations and facilities
You can download the Mobile App for free from your smart phone from the App store / Google Play Store (android and IOS).
