Family robbed at gunpoint in Cottonlands
A family were robbed at gunpoint at their home in Cottonlands – KZN during the early parts of this morning (Sunday).
At approximately 04:15 the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Verulam Operations Center received a call regarding the robbery. On arrival, it was established that four suspects forced open the back door and gained entry into the residence.
According to the victim, one of the suspects was armed with a firearm. The robbers made off with eleven cellphones and the keys to the victim’s vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
