Two injured in an alleged home invasion on Montclair Road in Montclair

Two people have been injured in an alleged home invasion on Montclair Road in Montclair just after 12am on Sunday morning.

ALS Paramedics Medical Services arrived on the scene to find that two people had been tied up and assaulted in an alleged home invasion. A mother in her seventies and her son in his thirties sustained moderate injuries and were stabilized on the scene by ALS Paramedics before being transported to a nearby Durban hospital for the further treatment that they required.

At this stage the events leading up to the incident are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
