Handbag snatcher arrested outside a Tokai mall in Cape Town
A shopping mall guard flagged down one of our armed response vehicles at a Tokai mall in Cape Town recently.
A handbag had been snatched from a shopper outside of the mall.
The suspect had then run away toward the back of the mall, our officers immediately took off to look for him and together with mall security they managed to apprehend him and hand him over to the Kirstenhof SAPS.
