Aerial resources deployed to Table Mountain National Park during the Easter Weekend

Table Mountain National Park (TMNP) welcomes the deployment of the airbus H125 aircraft, to support the Sea, Air and Mountain (SEAM) Special Operations Ranger team and ranger corps during the Easter Weekend.

The Airbus H125 rotary-winged aircraft landed in Cape Town this week and set on its first flight in the northern section of the park to support visitor safety and environmental crime prevention operations in hot spot areas. In our effort to ensure visitor safety in the park, TMNP is strengthening its safety and security objectives over the Easter weekend to also educate visitors on the importance of safety precautions and what to do in the event of an incident.
