Stolen vehicle from Ballito Lifestyle Centre recovered by Fidelity Services Group
Fidelity SIU team, Umhlali SAPS and other security partners were involved in a combined operation along with the use of Sniper ANPR cameras.
At approximately, 8:01 pm, information was received regarding a white Suzuki that was stolen from Ballito Lifestyle Centre.
The vehicle was then spotted in an informal settlement in the “Nkobongo” area with one suspect in the vehicle. Our teams tactically surrounded the vehicle and successfully apprehended the suspect.
Various items were recovered that belonged to the owner which was still inside the vehicle. The suspect and vehicle were successfully handed over to SAPS.
